Make sure sticky header on Beaver Themer overlays all other elements

I was having an issue with my sticky header in Beaver Themer going under one of my page elements that I increased the z-index on because I needed that element to overlay the column above it.
This is what was happening:

You can see how the “call to set up an appointment” element was overlaying the sticky header element when scrolling.

To fix this the following CSS was added making the sticky header superior to all other elements

/* code for ensuring sticky header goes over all elements */
.fl-builder-content[data-type=”header”].fl-theme-builder-header-sticky {z-index: 99999 !important;}
